Bandai 1/60 Zaku Perfect Grade Build - Desert Commander Color - Part 10 - Body II
I have to switch back and forward, otherwise it will be too boring working on the same thing. Anyway, sand down some machine gun just for fun.
Still spending my 10x amount of time to fix this machine gun part.
Prime the back of the body.
Here is T-600's head ... anyway, my son thinks it is scary, so it is in the garage now.
Prime and sand the machine gun part again.
Happy with them so far.
Get ready to paint with my three tune paint on the frame again.
My $100 homedepot air compressor. Yes, you can pimp air in tire with it too. It beats going to the gas station in the middle of the night, etc.
I do painting and then a wash this time.
First coat and then shadow the part. (I will have a mini photoshoot to show that better).
Prepare for some free hand painting.
By the way, Humbrol on Tamiya is great.
Hand paint a couple parts at the bottom. The gold and red machine details.
Moving on to the front of the body. I have to do this piece because I have to make sure this part has the same tune as the one that needs to be assembled in the body frame.
Wash this metal tube part, the lines are the wash color.
Baby wipes always make great cleanup when you are painting.
Painting, painting. A table like this usually take a hour or so.
All the clipped parts are also painted. The usually process applies. Prime, paint, wash, shadow and finally top coat.
