Bandai 1/8 MG Figurerise Super Saiyan Son Goku - Part 1
Bandai's new Master Grade Figurerise snap-fit Saiyan Son Goku from "Dragon Ball Z". Super Saiyan Son is molded in color, the kit will be incredibly poseable upon completion. I will keep all the original color and see if we can bring out the goodness from it. Super Saiyan Son Goku can hold a wide variety of dynamic action poses, as well as recreating many of his signature poses seen in the manga and anime. He comes packed with an interchangeable face, optional hands, marking stickers, and a clear display base with stand. Damage markings are also included should you want to "rough him up" a bit. But it looks pretty damn good with a out of the box build already.
I actually got this because my wife told me there is too much space in the suitcase, so I have to get something to fill it up.
It is the first edition, so there is a special card that goes with it.
It is like 35 USD in Hong Kong dollars, it is a very good price.
Here is the package inside.
Here is the card included.
Let's warm up with the base.
The color is somewhat yellow for some reason.
The stage is finished.
My sanding sticks.
Here is the lazy sanding stick. There are four of them in a bar. From rough to fine.
The eyebrow needs to be painted by hand.
The leg parts.
A bunch of gundam age mobile suit is around me.
The shoes are also needed to be painted by hand.
Test fit. The bottom of the shoes are made of soft plastic.
